How it works

2. We match you with registered agencies

We look at who covers your area and put the highest-rated agencies first. Every one is on the CQC register; we do not list anyone who is not.

3. They call you

Up to three agencies get your request and contact you directly. If nobody calls within two working days, tell us and we will chase.

Understanding CQC ratings

The Care Quality Commission inspects every home care agency in England and rates it Outstanding, Good, Requires improvement or Inadequate across five questions: is it safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. New agencies show as "not yet rated" until their first inspection, which can take a year or more. We show the rating and the date it was given so you can see how current it is.
