If you are registered with the CQC as a domiciliary care service, you are already listed here. Claiming your listing is free and takes two minutes.

What a claimed listing gets you

  • Enquiries from families in your area sent straight to your inbox, not to a shared pot
  • Your own description, coverage area, hourly rates and minimum visit length on the page
  • Your services and specialisms (dementia, live-in, end-of-life, learning disabilities) shown to families filtering for them
  • A "Claimed listing" badge, which families read as "this agency is paying attention"
  • No fee, no contract, no per-lead charge. Rankings are by CQC rating only and never change because you claimed or paid

We send a verification link. Use an address on your agency's own domain or the address CQC holds for you; free webmail addresses are checked by hand and take a day or two.

How enquiries work

A family tells us their postcode, the kind of care they need and when. We pass the request to up to three CQC-registered agencies covering that postcode, highest-rated first, and copy the family on who we sent it to. The agency contacts the family directly; we are not involved in the conversation and take no commission on any care arranged.

Update or remove a listing

Your name, address, phone number, registration status and ratings come from the public CQC register and refresh every night, so corrections to those belong with CQC. If something is wrong that CQC has right, or you would rather not receive enquiries, email hello@matchmyhomecare.co.uk and we will fix it within one working day.

Why it is free

MatchMyHomeCare is run by Grit Accounting Ltd, an accountancy practice that works with care providers. The directory is free so that it is complete; a directory that only lists paying agencies is not much use to a family. We may offer optional extras to claimed listings in future and will say so plainly when we do.
