If you are registered with the CQC as a domiciliary care service, you are on MatchMyHomeCare. Claiming your listing is free and takes two minutes.

We send a verification link. An address on your agency's own website domain is confirmed straight away; any other address (including Gmail or Outlook) is checked by hand within a working day.

How enquiries work

A family tells us their postcode, the kind of care they need and when. We pass the request to up to three CQC-registered agencies covering that postcode, highest-rated first, and copy the family on who we sent it to. The agency contacts the family directly; we are not involved in the conversation and take no commission on any care arranged.

Reviews

Families can review agencies they have used. A person checks every review before it is published, and every genuine review is published whether it is positive or negative; we do not remove reviews because an agency disagrees with them, and paying for anything never changes that. A claimed agency can post one public reply to each review. If you believe a review is fake or not about your service, email us with the link and we will investigate. See our review policy.

Update or remove a listing

Your name, address, phone number, registration status and ratings come from the public CQC register and refresh every night, so corrections to those belong with CQC. If something is wrong that CQC has right, or you would rather not receive enquiries, email hello@matchmyhomecare.co.uk and we will fix it within one working day.

Why it is free

MatchMyHomeCare is run by Grit Accounting Ltd, an accountancy practice that works with care providers. The directory is free so that it is complete; a directory that only lists paying agencies is not much use to a family. We may offer optional extras to claimed listings in future and will say so plainly when we do.
